Kennady and Jayden

Kennady is going to be a great little Mommy someday. She loves to hold her little brothers and helps with everything that she can. If I change a diaper she HAS to have a wipe and "help" me. If the babies are crying she insists on rocking them until they are happy and wont let anybody take the baby until he is happy. She sings them songs, she talks to them, and tries to teach them everything she knows. I am so greatful that she is such a sweet, loving, young little girl!!

I just cant get enough...

of these precious babies! When you have one baby its exciting, fun, crazy, you know a little bit of everything, but when you have TWO babies its all that and more. I love my little boys so much and I love seeing my girls interact with them. I honestly can not believe that it has been 7 weeks since they entered the world and stole our hearts!

A Gold Certificate!!

This last term Taylor had to turn in a big project on Vikings. It had to be a replica of anything Viking related and she had to write a report about the object and then present part of that to the whole class. She chose to make coins. She made the coins out of salt dough and then painted them brown then added a little gold color to the top. She carved in each one a different design. Then when she finished the coins she sewed up a little bag to carry them in. Since this was her first project in the British school system we wernt sure if she did everything she was supposed to. Well the other day she came home with a GOLD CERTIFICATE. Only a couple of kids got them and they have her project displayed in the entry way to the school for all to see. I am so proud of how well she has done in this new school. Everything is SO different and she is the only American in her class, but she has really taken it as an opportunity to learn about a new culture and to teach them about her own. Her teacher is always telling us how great Taylor is in class and how the other students love to listen to Taylor and learn about life in America. When she gets the project back I will post some pictures of her with it.

Only 7 weeks....

and both the boys can roll over!!! This morning I decided I wanted to try and take some pictures of them so I layed them both on their tummies and Jayden rolled over! I ran to find the video camera and by the time I got back Bryson had done it too. I found him laying on his back. I cant believe they are already rolling over... they grow way too fast!! Here they are practicing their new found skill.

So we have...

a new word banned in our house! Yesterday Taylor and Kennady were outside playing and they started to fight. (this is normal :) )
Next thing I hear is Kennady yelling at Taylor, "Youre a retard, Taylor"
What? did my 2 year old really just call her sister a retard?!?!!
So that evening when they come back in the house I asked Kennady what she said. She remembered the WHOLE thing perfectly and told the truth. So I explained to her that we do not say the word "retard", that its not nice and it hurts people's feelings. How does she respond....
"Well thats retarded Mom". Ay what am I going to do with her!?

My baby boys...

Are so HANDSOME!!! Here they are at 5 weeks and growing like weeds. Bryson weighs 10 pounds now and Jayden weighs 9 pounds 6 ounces. They are such a blessing and add so much to our family. Oh Bryson is on the left and Jayden on the right in this picture.

Quick Baby Update!!

This is going to be quick because I have a hungry baby, or two! But I wanted to give you all an update! Jayden Ray and Bryson James were born yesterday December 2, Jayden a 609 pm weighing 6 lbs. 8 oz. Bryson followed shortly at 620 pm and weighed 7 lbs 1 oz. They are both so sweet and handsome!

But its a really funny story! Today we went to eat after the Halloween Carnival and Bill was talking to Taylor. Well Kennady decided she needed to ask him a question, and said Dad 4 or 5 times and Bill didnt respond because he was still talking to Taylor. Finally she gets frustrated and goes, "HEY GOOFY" and Bill goes, "what Kennady, wait did she just call me Goofy?" We were all cracking up and by the time we stopped laughing Kennady had forgotten what she had to say, but is now calling everybody goofy and thinking its quite hilarious!

1. I love that he is being SO patient with me right now, I swear I have been so lazy the last couple of weeks, everything takes about double the effort it used to!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Taylor was originally going to be a "pop star" and was very excited about it. She had the perfect microphone headset she was going to wear with her costume. Well we went to go trick or treating and to the carnival on base and half way there she realized she forgot the headset, and of course she was all upset about it. So we stopped at the BX and altered her costume a little bit. She is now a WITCH, and a very cute one at that...



And here is Miss Tinkerbell. She was so cute and excited to be Tinkerbell. She LOVED trick or treating even though it was COLD outside and wanted to keep going and going and going. After one house I asked her if she said thank you and she yelled YEAH. Then when she ran back to me she goes "actually no mom, I say thanks." Dont you love the honesty of little kids? Everytime she got candy she would run off so excited and scream "I GOT MORE CANDY!!!"

One More Pumpkin!

Bill insisted that the boys needed a pumpkin of their very own. Im not sure how he talked me into this, but the girls had a GREAT time painting! Taylor did the eyes and Kennady did the nose and mouth, all with a little help from Dad of course!








You can really see how big my belly is in this one! Its huge, even my BIG maternity clothes barely cover it anymore! Oh well though only about 3 more weeks to go! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Pumpkin Carving!!

So I totally uploaded these in the wrong order, but thats okay. The kids were both so excited about carving pumpkins this year! Dont they look so happy

Kennady would actually dig "guts" out with the spoon. She still wouldnt touch it with her hands, but it was an improvement from last year!

Goofy Girl!

Grandma sent these Goofy Glasses to Kennady and she LOVES them. Every time she puts them on we crack up though, because they like strap on and velcro in the back and she looks like the biggest dork!

Fall Leaf Project

For those of you who dont know, my friend Katie has been living with us over here in England. She is great, with the kids and always doing "projects" with them. They latest one, they went for a walk and each picked out four leaves, then when they got home they put them under their paper and colored over the top. They were both very excited to see the leaf print come through!

The next American Idol....

Kennady LOVES to sing! She waits all week long to go to nursery so she can "sing songs with the kids". Here she is singing some of her favorites "I am a child of God" and "Tomorrow" from her favorite movie "Annie". We are going to take her to an "Annie" musical in a couple weeks!

This ultrasound was actually done quite a while ago, at 16 weeks, when we found out we are having two baby boys!! I just realized that I dont have a single ultrasound picture of them up yet! The images that we get now are getting worse and worse, they say its because there isnt enough room to get a good one, but oh well, here they are already as handsome as can be!!
